Join our innovative team as a UX Designer and shape the future of our user experiences. You will be a champion for our users, advocating for their needs and designing intuitive and engaging interactions across our digital products. Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers, you will translate user insights into impactful designs that drive business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points. 1  
  • Develop user personas, user flows, and information architecture to guide the design process.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize and test design concepts.
  • Design intuitive and user-centered interfaces for web, mobile, and other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with UI designers to ensure visual design aligns with user needs and brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with engineers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Analyze user feedback and iterate on designs to continuously improve the user experience.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects and demonstrating a solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and user interface design.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think critically and solve complex design problems.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG) is a plus.
