I don't see a country I want to visit support, why?
We're constantly expanding our destination coverage, but some countries may not be supported yet due to various factors like demand, infrastructure, or legal restrictions. Can I customize my itinerary based on my preferences?
Absolutely! Once you've started a new trip, you can easily rearrange or remove items in your itinerary using simple gestures. Just remember to tap 'save' to ensure all your changes are kept.
Can I share my itinerary with friends and family?
Actually, there are a few ways to share your travel plans. You can export them as a PDF and easily email them to anyone. Alternatively, if you're traveling with friends or family, you can create a travel party within the app and share your plans with them directly.
What kind of travel experiences can your AI plan?
You can use the app to plan vacations that prioritize different interests. For example, you might plan a trip focused on amusement parks and entertainment, exploring cultural sites and historical landmarks, or attending music events. Think of the travel styles as a proxy for your mood. It's best to ask yourself "what kind of mood am I in this vacation?"
How does the AI consider my travel preferences?
We use 'travel styles' to simplify the planning process. These styles provide a basic framework for your travel preferences, eliminating the need to manually enter a lot of information. Moreover, they adapt to your travel habits as you use the app.
Does the app provide real-time travel updates and alerts?

Can I transfer my account?
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not support profile transfers. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, the more customers we get the greater our ability to upgrade and expand the app so please help pass on the word! Also, if you encounter any issues with your profile or have any other questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team for assistance.
Can I delete my account?
You can delete your account at any time. We may retain your data for up to 30 days, with most deletions typically completed within a week to protect your privacy.
How do I manage my saved trips and itineraries?
Access and manage your itineraries conveniently. Simply navigate to the 'Itineraries' tab within your profile to view and delete them with just a few taps.
My account is appearing as suspended, why?
Accounts are typically suspended due to activities such as tampering, fraud, or violations of our community guidelines. If your account has been suspended, you should have received written notice detailing the reason and outlining your opportunity to appeal. Appeals are usually reviewed on a case-by-case basis, though in some extreme cases, they may be rejected immediately. If you believe this was done in error or need further clarification, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
What is the cost of using the app, and are there any additional fees?
Some travelers may require more itineraries or advanced sharing options. To support these needs and ensure the ongoing development of the app, we offer subscription plans at very reasonable prices, starting at just $4.99 per month with no additional fees. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to travel and are committed to keeping our pricing affordable for all.

We accept a wide range of payment methods through our trusted partner, Stripe, as well as those supported by iOS and Android.
How can I cancel or modify a subscription?
Cancel your subscription at your convenience. Please note that for discounted annual subscriptions, a full refund for unused months may not be applicable.

I've accidentally deleted an itinerary, can you help?
Please note that deleted itineraries are permanently removed from the app. This is to ensure optimal app performance and keep costs down. We recommend careful consideration before deleting any itinerary, especially those you've created specifically for your travel plans

Where can I download the app?
You can download our app now from the Google Play Store. We'll be launching on the App Store very soon. We're also actively developing a web version of the app for your convenience.
